This training helps educators and school staff understand and respond to trauma in a school setting. Key goals include:

Restorative Practices for Schools
I am a trained trainer for Restorative Practices through the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP).
Build stronger relationships and a more connected school community through restorative practices. I offer training in restorative practices, including strategies for repairing harm, building trust, and fostering a culture of accountability and empathy. Key topics include:
