Providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and individuals with developmental, intellectual, and neurodivergent needs in Mandeville, LA.

Individual Sessions
Growing up isn’t always easy. Children and teens today face a wide range of stressors—from grief and anxiety to friendship struggles and academic pressure. Whether your child is withdrawing, acting out, or simply not feeling like themselves, therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to explore what they’re going through.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer a warm, strengths-based approach that helps clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I work closely with both children and their caregivers to build trust, foster emotional resilience, and develop healthy coping skills.
I also have extensive experience providing mental health therapy to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting clients across a wide range of ages and abilities. My approach is grounded in respect, patience, and the belief that every person—regardless of diagnosis—deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Common concerns I support include:
Grief and loss of a loved one
Anxiety
Difficulty with peer relationships
School-related stress
Low self-esteem or confidence
Emotional regulation and coping strategies
What to expect:
Each session is tailored to your child’s developmental level and unique needs. I use a combination of talk therapy, play-based techniques, and creative interventions to help children express themselves in ways that feel natural and empowering. For teens, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where they can safely explore their thoughts and experiences.
Parent collaboration is key—I provide regular check-ins and guidance to help you support your child’s progress at home and school.
