LYNDSAY NEEL, LCSW
Lyndsay is a Louisiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who currently provides counseling services to youth in the NOLA area who identify as fatherless. Lyndsay worked as a clinical therapist in the school system for 8 years and as a therapist in an inpatient adolescent psychiatric setting. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, grief, and depression. She provides training for schools on topics such as trauma-informed practices, restorative practices, and relationship building techniques.
Lyndsay received her Masters of Social Work (2016) with a Graduate Certificate in Child and Youth Services and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Louisiana State University.
KELLY RENDER, LCSW
Kelly Render is a Louisiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who currently serves as a school-based social worker in the New Orleans area. With over 8 years of experience in the school system, she specializes in grief, anxiety, depression, and school/peer relationships. Kelly has experience working with special populations, such as individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and youth impacted by cancer.
Kelly received her Masters of Social Work (2016) and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University.

We utilize cognitive behavioral approaches and various other evidence-based approaches to support our clients in developing healthy ways to deal with major life transitions and/or stressors such as self-esteem, depression, post-traumatic stress, and grief/loss.
